I've been calling NTC Legal for over a year now to obtain a copy of the decision of my case vs a telco company. Admin Case #2021-184

I would like a copy of the decision please.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. We apologize for the delay of accepting your request due to equally important official matters to attend too. However, we suggest that you visit the office of the Legal Branch at NTC Bldg., East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon for you secure personally the copy of the administrative case that you are requesting. Posting of the copy of that nature of information might be a sensitive information that is under the Inventory of Exceptions to E.O No. 2, s, 2016

Hence, we will still forward your request to the concerned Operating Unit for their appropriate response.
