I would like to request an updated list of companies and businesses which currently have a congressional franchise to operate as a telco. I am requesting this as I am conducting market research.

I would prefer that this be sent via email.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the list of updated TELCO franchise. May we refer you to visit the House of 
Representatives for that concern.

Furthermore, we noticed that you submitted an expired copy of your passport. For your next request, ensure that you will submit a valid government issued Identification, and maintain your compliance with the contact information requirements of this portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
