You are inquiring regarding the status of a certain internet service provider.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible,  as per evaluation to the content of your request we suggest that you re-compose it and state clearly what information you would like to request with legitimate purpose for us to give you our appropriate response. You may use the same eFOI portal to lodge your request. 

However, if it is a sort of complaint or inquiry regarding  status of existing Internet Service Provider, we suggest you to email the Operating Unit concerned at regulation@ntc.gov.ph or call the Telephone Number 02-89243725 or 02-89244026.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
