Purpose: I want to know if I am able to retrieve it to the possible suspect and can sue him if proven guilty?

Delos Santos 10:42 PM, Jun 03, 2023

Hi I would like to request assistance regarding my stolen phone.

My phone was stolen last May 23, 2023 while I am at MRT Ayala Station-North Bound. I emailed the incident to NTC last May 24, requesting to block it since I was able to locate it in Robinsons Novaliches around 2:58 PM.

While NTC haven't responded to my email. My phone was located last June 1 on Robinsons Novaliches again around 2:30 PM. I believe my phone was bought by someone because today, June 3, someone miscalled and when I tried calling the number she then blocked me. Can I sue the person?

Thank you!
