On behalf of my friend who just scammed today around 11pm, she was supposed to meet the person regarding a pet dog that she bought from him/her but he/she didn't show up and immediately blocked her on Facebook. We would like to know how to get the money back. The amount she paid is six thousand pesos. We hope that our concern will reach you, thank you for your understanding.
