Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds that the details of your request is not clear. However, we suggest that you provide the complete information of your complaint like the name of the lending company and you may lodge your request to the National Privacy Commission and not to this office. NTC does not have the capability to trace the owner of the SIM number of any subscribers.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
