Hi! I would like to ask for an update if NTC was able to block my stolen phone. I already reported it to them last month so I think by this time, it's already blocked. I just want to make sure and if it is possible, I'd like to receive a copy of the document that states it's already blocked.

You asked for Update for my request to block my stolen phone..

Response to Request

This is in reference to your request for blocking at NTC Office. May we inform you that once you reported it personally and submitted all the requirements  to the nearest NTC Office, the Officer in charge who catered to your request for blocking of the IMEI Number of your reported stolen/lost cellphone had included it to their request for blocking to all CMTS network providers  This office would no longer inform individually the status of all those who filed for blocking due to bigger number of requests. However, we had the assurance that all requested for blocking of lost/stolen IMEI Number of cellphones are already endorsed for blocking.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to
