We were able to determine that the list of requirements of this particular request of information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Further, you sent several similar request but we responded already to the three (3) latest same request. Kindly coordinate also to NTC-NCR of your transaction because you need to secure the appropriate permit from that office after producing all the requirements from that website.
