Thank you for your request dated Aug 03, 2023 09:12:32 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office would like to inform you that it is not our mandate to monitor social media sites and websites containing pornographic materials. The Commission's role is to endorse for blocking  to telecommunications entities the list of websites requested by the Philippine National Police and other concerned government agencies .

In view thereof, may we suggest that you report that concern to the Philippine National Police for their appropriate action. We appreciate it very much if you will also use this portal address to the said agency.
