Urgent Action!

Danger of Radiation Exposure from Radio frequency since October 25, 2019, until now, on account of illegal casino sponsored Ultrasonic Congressman!

Immediate and Unconditional Disconnection of an unauthorized inaudible radio frequency audio signal from Casino Filipino Bacolod source to NTC Bacolod Head Office.
I have sent several demands through emails regarding the broadcast over unauthorized inaudible radio frequency.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds that we responded already to this request.  However, if you are not satisfied with our previous response, we suggest that you make your request simple and understandable.

1.  If your problem is regarding radiation- may we refer you to Department Of Health;
2. If your problem is regarding the illegal construction/operation of casino in your area-you may refer that to your Barangay Officials and to the Local Government Unit.
3. Regarding your concern to NTC mandate- please make your statement or request clear and understandable.
