July 19, 2023 Dear Mr. Espinosa, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 17, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds that we responded already to this request. However, if you are not satisfied with our previous response, we suggest that you make your request simple and understandable. 1. If your problem is regarding radiation- may we refer you to Department Of Health; 2. If your problem is regarding the illegal construction/operation of casino in your area-you may refer that to your Barangay Officials and to the Local Government Unit. 3. Regarding your concern to NTC mandate- please make your statement or request clear and understandable. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to: ATTY. ELLA BLANCAB.
