Good day,

I would like to have a request in the following :

1. Proof of Provisional Authority in Digital TV broadcasting in the following broadcasting companies stated the places :

* ABS-CBN
* AMCARA
* GMA Network
* Manila Broadcasting Company
* TV 5
* Nation Broadcasting Corporation
* Eagle Broadcasting Corporation
* Swara Sug Media Corporation / Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI)

2. Aside for the smartphones which requires NTC Approval, Is the digital TV receivers such as in the Setup Box, Dongle and TV  have the NTC Approval?

If yes, please provide the guidelines or memorandum? If no, can this be possible?

3. In the IRR for the digital TV, regarding to the digital TV receivers, Is the NTC already coordinate with PCC and DTI regarding to price, quality standard and market competition?

4. If it's possible of showing a proof of permit in the following digital TV receivers :

* ABS-CBN TV Plus
* GMA Afforabox
* Globe Telecom Xtreme
* RCA
* MyPhone DTV Dongle

5. Most of the digital TV receivers in the online shopping sites stated the services and indicated the logo of the NTC, how would I know if this is compliant with NTC? If not, is there any legal actions of using the logo without certifying the device?

6. As NTC Commissioner mentioned that digital TV transmission in 6 MHz can produced in the ff:

SD : 6 programs in 1 frequency
or
HD : 2 programs in 1 frequency
or
4K : 1 program in 1 frequency

May I request for the guidelines of this particular matter.

7. Aside for the SD, HD and 4K, why is 8K not mentioned by the commissioner in the house hearing? Can this be possible in the 6 MHz digital TV broadcast?

8. If NTC will issued CDO against the programs in ABS-CBN TV Plus even though the franchise of AMCARA will expired on July 16, 2020, what will the difference between TV Plus and Solar's Easy TV?

9. Proof of Cease and Desist Order against Solar's Easy TV
