Hi,

I would like assistance for a court order that is required for an online transfer scam incident for my paymaya.

The court order mention would be a supporting document for maya together with valid ID's and proof of transactions about the said scammer.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that this is an invalid request. You visit the TELCO provider of your SIM number. NTC does not have any information regarding your SIM numbers.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
