While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested and NTC does not have the capacity to track or locate the owner of the SIM number. However, we suggest that you ignore that kind of scam/text message. Never fall prey to illegal text messages.BE vigilant always!
