Greetings NTC, 
Sir/ma'am My mother in law had sent me one smartphone thru DHL Anchorage Alaska U.S.A as a gift for personal use. The DHL company told her i will need NTC permit to receive the package. I have already inquired NTC branch Isabela but they said they don't issue permit here and told me to get it in manila. That's not easy for me as i have 2 little kids to look after and they go to school. 
Please assist me on how to get NTC permit online instead if its possible. As i have never experienced this before. I appreciate your help and thank you very much. Have a great day po.
