Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:
1.) Licensing requirements and fees to operate an FM broadcast station for our LDRRM Operations Center that can be used or activated for the purpose of public information dissemination during times of emergencies. The target ERP is 100-watts for 12-mile radius broadcast.
2.) Procedure in applying for such license.
3.) Rules and regulations for the operation of such broadcast station.
We see that having such FM broadcast station in our LDRRM Operations Center will greatly help our DRRM efforts especially when cellular signal is down.
