Who is sending mean or unwanted messages. 
This is for legal action incase the sender won’t stop and will file a case against the said person

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 15, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked this office to provide the name and location of the sender of unwanted messages.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office determined that your request should be addressed to the concerned Telecommunications Service Centers. This office does not have the capability or equipment to track the personal information of any subscriber. 

However, you can request us to recommend it for blocking the sender's cellphone number.

In view thereof, you visit our Citizens Charter for the procedures and requirements for that matter at www.ntc.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
