i made this request to trace this gcash number that was used for an illegal transfer of money from my online bank. Information sent to my email (which the person was able hack) are as follows;

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to trace subscribers cellphone numbers but we can request it for blocking only. 

However, with regards to G-cash issues, for faster assistance, you may email directly G-Cash Customer Care at support@gcash.com or call G-Cash 24x7 Hotline at 2882 from your Globe or TM mobile phone, or 02-2139999 using a landline.
