I would like to complain to NTC Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) about PLDT for continuing billing monthly but did not fix our internet connection issue for 3 months and our PLDT subscription is beyond the 2 years (24-month) contract's lock-in period. After paying the last bill on April 4, 2023, PLDT did not fix our internet connection issue because of a technician contractor issue that shortcut the solution which created more issues with the internet connection that they haven't fixed until today. For us, we have no obligation to pay for a service we didn't get or consumed.

In response to your request to follow up regarding the mentioned case of NTC versus GLOBE, may w respectfully inform you that this is not the proper venue for you to lodged that concern. We are not aware of what is the nature and particular Operating Unit  issued you that case.
