hi i would like to raise the complain to this online lending app which is PESOHERE. 2 days before my due date they're keep on messaging me that i nee to pay my borrowed money to their company. i am fully aware of my obligation to them. but what is alarming is that they are keep on threatening me by sending messages using different numbers 09853919214, 09381974621,09383867406, 09203489479,09383867406, 09463624497, 09515895445, 09854264919, 09468414117, 09203530451, 09853919214, 09381974621, 09463624497, 09515895445 on my part this kind of treatment and threatening is prohibited by law. thank u!

Your FOI request should be addressed to the National Privacy Commission by visiting their website at www.privacy.gov.ph. NTC can only request the blocking of the mentioned cellphone number of scammers.

Hence, if you are willing to request it for blocking you can lodge your request at www.ntc.gov.ph.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
