I've sent you multiple emails regarding my complaint vs Globe on not providing me higher speed aside from 3 mbps and you're not replying.

I even filed it through 8888 and you're still not replying.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have any basis on what information to disclose to you. Since this portal is not the proper venue for your concern, may we suggest that you contact our Consumer Welfare Division at 89267722  for that matter?
