Good evening NTC team,

I'm a Filipino investigative researcher working for a private investigation agency based in New York.

Our client has been scammed by a user with a Philippine SIM (+63). Would you be able to help us find the identity of this user? 

The agency owner (and my direct supervisor) is a former Law Enforcement Officer, so we are happy to comply with any requirements you need from us in order to proceed with this request.

You asked for investigation regarding the Scammer – Philippine Number.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance as per evaluation with your request, may we suggest that you report that to the Philippine National Police for appropriate action. NTC is not authorize to conduct such investigation on that concern.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to :
