Hi, good day po.
Pwede po ba makahingi ng tulong at impormasyon kung sino ang may-ari ng phone numbers na sumusunod?

Na-scam po kami nyan ng malaking halaga dahil sa kagustuhan naming maipadala sa amin yung alaga naming aso na nawawala, sabi nila nasa kanila raw at nakuha nila. Nanghingi sila ng pambayad sa shipping/courier. Pinadalhan naman namin.

Sana po mablock at ma-locate yung mga owners ng phone numbers na yan para maparusahan.

As per the evaluation of your request, please be advised that NTC does not have the capability to trace the owner of SIM Numbers. However, we suggest that you coordinate personally with the TELCO provider of your SIM or the NBI and request any appropriate guidance and assistance that they could serve.
