Sir/ mam. I would like to followup again my request on the matter of getting NTC clearance certificate.  On used cellphones. Needed by bureau of customs held baggage.  For the processing of papers.  For they have given me 30days to comply. And today is around almost 3weeks. And the deadline is coming. Please i ask that you could respond to me on this request
