Dear Sir/Ma’am,

 

Please be inform that your shipment from will arrived at Port of Clark.

Kindly see attached file regarding the subject shipment from HK – ETA 11/08/2023.

Please provide Type of permit -NEED NTC PERMIT PRIOR RELEASING

Reason for hold: Permit was not provided prior arrival of shipment.

OTHER OPTION IS TO FILE THE APPEAL FOR NO PERMIT  IF THE SHIPMENT IS PERSONAL ONLY 

KINDLY PROVIDE EXPLAINATION WHY CANNOT PROVISE THE SAID PERMIT AND LETTER WILL BE SUBJECT FOR CUSTOM APPROVAL,

-NEED 1 VALID I.D W/ 3 SPECIMEN SIGNATURE
