I would like to make a request on Cebu City barangays with unreliable to no mobile connectivity. I would really appreciate it if you can the following information.

1. List of Cebu City barangays with slow or unreliable mobile connectivity to no connectivity

2. Mobile Network available in the barangay (if there is)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have any data pertaining to your request.
