On the ground bases of the illegal closure of the Abs-Cbn Broadcasting Corp., Channel 2, censure the operation by the National Telecommunications Commission which numbering of workers at stake holder been affected like on my case as environmentalist auteur filmmaker on hold his material artifact on their archives while effected for descent of livelihood being artist/cultural worker and a freely of expression/press were maliciously curtailed.
