Response to Request

Your FOI request is a frontline service and complaint in nature. NTC is not mandated to determine or does not have the capability to trace the owners of those SM Numbers. However, we suggest that you report that to the NBI or to the nearest Police Station for any appropriate action that they could deliver. 
Otherwise, you should visit directly the TELECOMMUNICATIONS provider for you to be guided accordingly.
