I respectfully request information on the following:

1. Is there still spectrum from 450-470 MHz available for licensing to an entity or business?

2. Can you provide us a list of parties currently holding license in this spectrum 450-470 MHz?

3. Is there any recently expired or soon to expire license in these frequencies 450-470 MHz that may be applied for?
