Hi:

I respectfully request that my sim card phone no. 0967-790-0783 be activated because I need it to be able to recover and pen my personal accounts and change my password/passcodes, since this is the phone number I provided to my service providers. Hoping for your kind assistance.

You asked for To Activate my Expired sim card phone number.

Response to Request

 It was written in NTC Memorandum Circular No. 005-04-2023, pursuant to Section 4 of Republic Act No. 11934, that once you failed to register your SIM Number during the extension of SIM Registration period, your SIM number is automatically deactivated.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
