November 24, 2020 Dear Rya Karmille, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 22, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for an update on Mobile Number Portability Act. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the respective websites of the concerned telcos as it is being implemented already. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to: GAMALIEL A.
