Hi,

I am a law student of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila who is currently in the process of writing my thesis on laws relating to broadcast media. In this regard, I would like to request a copy of or information on:

1. Latest NTC Rules of Practice and Procedure (Jurisprudence cites 2006 Rules but the latest in the NTC website is the 1992 Rules)

2. Information on the number of frequencies available/assignable to broadcast media (radio and television) and the frequencies already assigned.

3. Rules and procedure on frequency allocation.
