As per the evaluation of your request, please be advised that NTC does not have the capability to trace any website that scammers operate or even the owner of SIM Numbers in case you are scammed again by unknown cellphone numbers.

However, we suggest that you coordinate personally with the NBI and request any appropriate guidance and assistance that they could serve.

Furthermore, please do not use the FOI porta to file your complaints, but you first visit the website of possible agencies where you could lodge your complaint to their desk center so your concerns may be addressed quickly and accordingly.
