Good day,

I was not able to save my reference number when I registered my SIM Card. I currently need it to recover my gcash account.. May I request for the Reference Number?

You asked for Request copy of sim registration  reference number.

Response to Request

Your concern is not considered as FOI request, however, to extend our services to our clients, we suggest that you visit personally the concerned Public Telecommunications Entity (PTE) with regards to your request. It is their obligation to respond to your request in compliance with the registration requirements.  

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
