Purpose: To alarm the authorities of this illegal business transaction to scam people.

I saw a post similar to the case or complain of Tracking no: #SEC-331618831646

With great suspicion, these group chat that they created may be some kind of really indeed a scam pretending to validate the entire deal of the transaction. But the activity is pretty unusual for any financing business.

I saw their page in facebook and seems like they have victimized a lot of consumers already. If you need proof, I can send you as I was able to download it. So I wish, this case of Ms. Dizon will be taken seriously as I can prove the whole activity is harmful.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to check your concern, howver, we suggest that you file your complaint to the NAtional Privacy COmmission if that is lending institution. You need to have the complete details of your complaint so that they can give you the appropriate action. You can check the website of NPC at www.privacy.gov.ph.
