Good day sir/madam:

I would like to have immediate action regarding the money that was left from my old gcash account. My old gcash account wasn't opened for many years since i forgot my PIN code and all of the details. I want to deactivate it and transfer it to my new gcash account. I already raised it to GCash customer service but they have no action woth regards my concern. Hoping for immediate action.

Thanks.
