Hi! Good day. I would like to report regarding Loan agency shopee pay / shopee pay. I know I have my obligations to pay in their agencies and they already know the reasons why I am delayed on payment but even that day already said the reason they keep calling in a day for more than 10 times and even texting to remind me every hour. I want to report keep calling/texting even though they already informed of the said reason. I am not denying my obligation I just lost my job and can't pay my obligations and I know already have my penalty on my due and it's okay for me. It's annoying/irritating.

However, if you have a valid evidences regarding online lending issues, you may file your complaint to National Privacy Commission by visiting their website at www.privacy.gov.ph.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
