To the authorities, I was scammed under the Facebook/Messenger account of Leslie Anne Lumbre Velasquez and this is the number that she used in Gcash  (0975-082-4069) to stole money from me as a payment for a iPhone 7+. Her ID's named under Leslie Anne Delacruz Lumbre. I hope you can help me with this case and retrieve y money back because I need it to purchase a new mobile for my online classes. Thank you!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to locate the cellphone number and the owner. However, you may wish to report to the  Globe service center nearest you, they may give you appropriate assistance for that matter.
