Hi, I would like to seek your help about my situation with Smart Enterprise. I requested for an account application and mobile number portability request to port in my Globe prepaid number to them but instead they gave me a new number.

I have sent an email to the following email addresses below with email title "Smart corporate plan escalation request" to further explain the cause of this issue.
