Good day! I would to request the documents and information regarding of the following:

1.) Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)
2.) Permit to Possess and Construction Permit

Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for NTC Permit.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office noticed that your request could not be understood by the recipient. We suggest that you simplify your request much that this office could not just disclose copies of CPCN and other permits without valid reasons..

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
