We received your request on Jul 30, 2023 11:59:54 AM and we have forwarded your request to the Philippine National Police for appropriate action. NTC can't trace the owners of those numbers but we can request it for blocking to all concerned  CMTS providers by visiting the website at www.ntc.gov.ph and follow the instructions at the said site.
