hi, i would like to file a request to track or block my lost phone (iphone 13 color blue). the incident happen at makati buendia around the area of pacific star bldg. to petron gil puyat gasoline station at 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm dated July 19, 2023. hoping to grant my request because I have important files on that phone. In response to your request to follow up regarding the mentioned case of NTC versus GLOBE, may w respectfully inform you that this is not the proper venue for you to lodged that concern. We are not aware of what is the nature and particular Operating Unit  issued you that case.
