Because my cellphone number will block in Gcash 09952916320 on April 27,2023. It will be settled on the owner and the gcash email customer service email me it will be settled to both of them. 
I Returned the money of the owner in Gcash account. My number 09301480001 owner number sent. 09709642351 Argenita S. Castañas. 2600 pesos. Will be proof on the screenshot pictures and the letter of settlement.
