Youth Development - Video Competition

Requested from NYC by O. Tana at 02:32 PM on Dec 28, 2020.
Purpose: For the continuation of Youth Development activities in the province in spite of the pandemic.
Date of Coverage: 12/28/2020 - 12/28/2020
Tracking no: #NYC-427601547834

Tana 02:32 PM, Dec 28, 2020

Good Day!

May I ask if there are specific mechanics/guidelines to host an online video competition without compromising the eligibility of the participants? For example:
1. How to check if the participant is a resident of his/her municipality/city and not from outside residence?
2. What criteria to be used?

And what other activities involving youth can we facilitate using online media, aside from webinars?

Thank you in advance.
