1. List of youth centers in Luzon specifically in Rizal
2. If you have, List of programs related to aftercare of former juvenile delinquents
3. Sample organizational structure of a youth center

Your FOI request is currently being processed. We will be updating you once we obtain a copy of the document pertaining to the sample organizational chart of  a youth center. 

For the list of youth centers in Rizal, you may directly coordinate with the local government of the province of Rizal. 

For the List of programs related to aftercare of former juvenile delinquents, you may directly contact the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC).
