I'm Alexandria Munar, 3rd Year Political Science Major, from the University of Santo Tomas. I'm currently conducting research on LYDC. With this, we'd like to request on the following data:

1. List of Cities/Municipalities and Provinces with an approved LYDP
2. List of Cities/Municipalities which has established a Local Youth Development Office
3. List of Cities/Municipalities with an established LYDC
4. List of registered youth organizations and youth serving organizations in each City/Municipalities

We hope the information would be submitted via Excel
