Hi, I would like to request a true and complete soft copy of any resolutions of the National Youth Commission Proper issued in accordance with its role as mandated by Executive Order No. 52, series of 1998, "Creating a Youth Environmental Corps and Green Brigade", specifically the IRR per Sec. 12(b) of EO 52.

This will be used as a supporting document for the introduction of a Sanggunian Ordinance to operationalize the Green Brigade as established by Executive Order No. 52, s. 1998.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of Executive Order NO. 52, s. 1998, a national policy creating the Green Brigade [some/most/all] which may fit  the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as  said  Executive Order  mandates the SKs to organize the Green Brigade--insert brief but concise explanation here, e.g. exception, information found in other government websites, etc>.
