Hi we would like to request any of the following information: 

1. List of Cities/Municipalities and Provinces with an approved LYDP
2. List of Cities/Municipalities and Provinces which have submitted their LYDPs to their Local Chief Executive
2. List of Cities/Municipalities and Provinces without an approved LYDP
3. List of Cities/Municipalities with an established LYDC
4. List of registered youth organizations and youth serving organizations in each City/Municipalities

We hope the information would be submitted via excel.
