Ako po ay kumakatok sa inyong opisina. Hingin ko po sana ang inyong tulong bilang suporta sa aking bayarin sa hospital kasalukuyang nsa hospital pa po at hnd makalabas gawa ng kakulangan sa pagbayad. Malaking tulong po ito sken gawa po ng operasyon na aking sinapit po natanggal po ang isa ko pong ovaryo ksama ng malaking bukol  at ganun din ang aking  appendix ako po ay isang mamayan at pasyente na umaasa po na dinggin po ang aking panalangin. Malaking tulong na po ito. Makalabas lang po ako ng hospital.
