1) Number of cities and municipalities in the country
2) Number of officially convened Local Youth Development Councils (city/municipal level)
3) Number of officially set-up Local Youth Development Offices (city/municipal level)

I will use these numbers to gather percentages. Thank you.

1) Cities and Municipalities in the country - 1634 combined (HUCs, ICCs, CCs, and Municipalities)
2) 801 convened LYDCs at the City/Municipal level 
3) 1,478 LYDOs in the City/Municipal level (appointed and designated LYDOs)
