Dear OCD,

I would like to request for the archive report on the damages (fatalities and economic damages) during the Maughan Lake disaster in 1995. 

I saw a news article online citing that there is a 1996 report by the then National Disaster Coordinating Council (now National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council) regarding the extent and details of the damages.
